La Liga de Campeones tomará el estado Miranda
La Liga de Campeones de Baloncesto, el torneo de calle más importante de Caracas, decidió expandirse y tendrán su primera edición en el estado Miranda, en las ciudades Guarenas y Guatire. 8 equipos divididos en dos grupos batallarán desde este 4 de febrero hasta el 19 del mismo mes.
En la fase de grupos cada equipo realizará 3 partidos. Los 3 primeros equipos se clasificarán a los tercios de final. Luego a semifinal clasifican los 3 ganadores de sus series más un mejor perdedor, luego Semifinal y final.
Los escenarios serán el Gimnasio 14 de Febrero de Guarenas y el Francisco Mujica Toro de Guatire.
Así se dividirán los equipos en los grupos:
GRUPO A
- Industriales de Guarenas
- Menca de Guarenas
- Vagos de Caracas
- Kings de Guatire.
GRUPO B
- Shell de Río Chico
- Alicar de Caracas
- Fortaleza de Barlovento
- Pariata Express de la Guaira.
“Es un honor poder organizar este torneo. Esto comenzó como un sueño y estamos viendo los frutos”, comentó el organizador del torneo, Juan Carlos Brea.
También destacó la capacidad organizativa de su equipo y el profesionalismo que han mostrado las franquicias participantes.
En el torneo estarán varios jugadores que participan en la Superliga de Baloncesto.
