Broncos venció a Supersónicos y se apoderó del tercer puesto
En la isla de Margarita inició la vuelta de la fase de grupos, el único juego del día en el Gimnasio Ciudad de La Asunción, enfrentando a Supersónicos de Miranda y Broncos de Caracas. En un duelo bastante cerrado, la victoria fue para el quinteto de la capital, con pizarra 88-77 y así se apoderan de la tercera casilla de este grupo.

En los primeros diez minutos se vivió la acción bastante pareja, con buenos aciertos de la línea de tres para ambos conjuntos que no cedían en ningún momento, muestra de ello fue el puntaje final de ese periplo 21-21, dejando claro que los siguientes cuartos serían una lucha total.
Manuel Berroterán realizó los ajustes necesarios en la defensa de sus dirigidos y los capitalinos comenzaron a marcar la diferencia en el score (35-45), que le otorgó la victoria parcial al medio tiempo.

La estampida caraqueña no quería perder la ventaja conseguida en el tramo anterior y con ataques rápidos y certeros tiros de campo ampliaron las acciones. 50-65 fue la pizarra definitiva en el tercer cuarto en favor de Broncos.
En los primeros cinco minutos del último periodo, Supersónicos buscó acercarse en el marcador con buenas actuaciones de Jaelyn Johnson, sin embargo, Broncos apretó hasta el cierre y así celebrar su tercera victoria del torneo, al vencer 88-76 a los de Miranda. La estampida deja su marca en 3-3 y los espaciales acumulan récord de 4-4.
Jugadores destacados
Héctor Díaz destacó en la ofensiva de Caracas con 19 puntos, 5 rebotes y 3 asistencias. El estadounidense Musa Abdul-Aleem hizo lo propio totalizando 11 tantos, 4 asistencias y 2 capturas.
Por el lado de Miranda, Jaelyn Johnson finalizó con 19 contables y 6 balones capturados. Asimismo, Tulio Cobos contabilizó 16 cartones, 7 tableros y 5 balones repartidos.
